For the Topping
  • 1 cup strawberry Jell-O can experiment with other flavors
  • 2 cups sliced fresh strawberries drained if using frozen

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine crushed pretzels, melted butter, and brown sugar in a bowl. Press into a 9x13 inch dish and bake for 10 minutes. Let cool.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in whipped topping until combined.
  3. Spread cream cheese filling over the cooled pretzel crust. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
  4. Dissolve strawberry Jell-O in boiling water, cool slightly, then mix in sliced strawberries. Pour over the cream cheese layer and spread evenly.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.
