For the Drizzle
  • 1 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips Swap with dark chocolate for a healthier option.
  • 1 teaspoon Coconut Oil Optional, but recommended for a glossy finish.
For Assembling
  • 6 pieces Wooden Skewers Ensure they’re the right size for easy serving.
  • 1 sheet Wax Paper For lining the tray.

Equipment

  • Oven
  • Baking Dish
  • Wire rack
  • Wooden Skewers
  • microwave-safe bowl
  • Parchment paper

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare the brownie mix according to the package instructions. Pour the batter into a greased baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let brownies cool completely on a wire rack before cutting into 1-inch squares.
  2. While the brownies cool, rinse and hull fresh strawberries under cold water. Pat dry with a paper towel. Choose vibrant strawberries for an inviting color contrast.
  3. Grab your wooden skewers and thread the ingredients. Start with a brownie square, followed by a fresh strawberry and a marshmallow. Repeat this pattern, leaving space at the base of the skewer for easy handling.
  4. In a microwave-safe bowl, add semi-sweet chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until melted and smooth.
  5. Once assembled, drizzle or dip the kabobs in the melted chocolate. Place on a parchment-lined tray to chill.
  6. Transfer the tray of kabobs to the refrigerator and chill for 10-15 minutes until the chocolate is set firm. Arrange on a platter for serving.
