Step-by-Step Instructions for Strawberry Shortcake Muffins
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare your muffin tin by lining it with paper liners or greasing each cup.
  2. Dice the fresh strawberries into small pieces and pat them dry.
  3. Melt the butter in a microwave-safe bowl and allow it to cool slightly.
  4. Sift together the muffin mix, baking powder, salt, and sugar in a separate bowl.
  5. Whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and melted butter in another bowl.
