  • 1 tbsp Fresh Thyme chopped
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Rosemary chopped
  • 1 tsp Salt seasoning
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper seasoning
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil or Butter for browning
For the Creamy Sauce
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth moisture in sauce
  • 1/2 cup Heavy Cream rich texture
  • 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard adds tang
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce for depth

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Soak plain breadcrumbs in milk for 5 minutes to keep meatballs moist.
  2. Combine soaked breadcrumbs, ground turkey, egg, onion, garlic, cranberries, herbs, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Shape mixture into meatballs about 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter and place on a plate.
  4. Heat a skillet with olive oil or butter, then brown meatballs for 6 to 8 minutes.
  5. Remove meatballs, then add chicken broth, heavy cream, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce to the skillet.
  6. Simmer sauce for 3 to 5 minutes, then return meatballs to the skillet, coating them in sauce.
  7. Reduce heat and simmer meatballs in sauce for 8 to 10 minutes until cooked through.
  8. Taste sauce before serving, adjusting seasoning as necessary.
