  • 2 cups Powdered Sugar

  • 1-2 tablespoons Milk can use plant-based
For Topping
  • ¼ cup Granulated Sugar for coating
  • 1 tablespoon Cinnamon for coating

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Cream butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar together until light and fluffy.
  2. Mix in eggs one at a time, then gradually add flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. Wrap dough in plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes.
  4. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Scoop and roll dough into balls, then coat in cinnamon sugar mixture.
  5. Place on baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden.
  6. Prepare frosting by beating cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla, and milk.
