Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt in a medium bowl and set aside.
- Cream together butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
- Add peanut butter, egg, and vanilla extract and mix until combined.
- Gradually add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing on low speed until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips and Reese’s Pieces.
- Drop rounded balls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, until edges are set and centers remain soft. Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes.
