  3. Punch the dough down and roll it out into a rectangle (10x20 inches). Spread raspberry jam over dough, roll tightly into a log, cut lengthwise, twist, and shape into a wreath.
  4. Place the wreath on a baking tray and cover again. Let rise for another hour until increased by 20%.
