- Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C) and heat olive oil in a Dutch oven over medium heat. Add onions, sprinkle with salt, and sauté until golden.
- Add cubed beef chuck roast, season with black pepper, and brown for 5-10 minutes. Remove and set aside.
