Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Place about 2 pounds of boneless, skinless chicken breasts evenly in your crockpot.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine 10.5 oz cream of chicken soup, 8 oz cream cheese, 1 oz ranch dressing mix, and 1 cup chicken broth. Stir until smooth, then pour over the chicken in the crockpot.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cover and cook on low heat for 6 hours.
  4. About 15 minutes before the chicken is done, boil salted water and cook 16 oz pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  5. Remove chicken from the crockpot and shred with two forks. Return to the crockpot.
  6. Add drained pasta to the crockpot and stir gently to combine.
  7. Sprinkle 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese over the top. Cover and let sit for 5-10 minutes to melt the cheese.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
