  • 1/2 cup Raw Sugar Can substitute with honey or agave
  • 1 cup Dried Strawberries Use commercially dried or homemade
  • 5 slices Dried Lemon Slices Can substitute with fresh lemon juice
  • 2 large Lemons Juiced for optimal flavor
  • 4 cups Filtered Water Preferred for cleaner taste
For Presentation
  • 2 cups Ice To chill the lemonade
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Mint Leaves Optional for garnish

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Dehydrate your fruits by using a food dehydrator set to 158°F (70°C) for 10 hours until completely dry.
  2. In a large carafe, combine raw sugar with dried strawberries and dehydrated lemon slices.
  3. Add juice from 2 large lemons and stir gently to dissolve sugar.
  4. Pour filtered water into the carafe, stir well, and let sit for 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  5. Serve over ice and garnish with mint leaves or a slice of lemon.
