Preparation Steps
- Dehydrate your fruits by using a food dehydrator set to 158°F (70°C) for 10 hours until completely dry.
- In a large carafe, combine raw sugar with dried strawberries and dehydrated lemon slices.
- Add juice from 2 large lemons and stir gently to dissolve sugar.
- Pour filtered water into the carafe, stir well, and let sit for 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
- Serve over ice and garnish with mint leaves or a slice of lemon.
