  • 2 Bananas Peeled
  • 1 cup Seasonal Fruits Any favorite fruits or berries
For the Yogurt Base
  • 2 cups Coconut Yogurt Dairy-free option
  • 2 cups Almond or Soy Yogurt Swap for different flavors
For Sweetening
  • 2 tbsp Agave Syrup Can be replaced with maple syrup

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Gather all the ingredients for your Fruity Yogurt Pops.
  2. Wash the strawberries and cut off the green tops. Slice them into smaller chunks.
  3. In a blender, add the prepared fruit, yogurt, and agave syrup. Blend until smooth.
  4. Pour the blended mixture into silicone cups or molds, filling them to the top.
  5. Place the molds in the freezer for about 1 hour. Then insert wooden sticks.
  6. Freeze for an additional 4-5 hours until solid.
  7. Remove the pops from molds and enjoy fresh.
