Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Wash the strawberries and remove stems. Blend strawberries with sugar and a splash of water until smooth. Heat gently if needed.
  2. Sift matcha into a bowl. Heat water to 175°F and whisk matcha until frothy.
  3. Fill a glass with ice cubes. Pour strawberry puree halfway up, then add milk.
  4. Slowly pour whisked matcha over back of a spoon to create layers.
