Preparation Steps
- Wash the strawberries and remove stems. Blend strawberries with sugar and a splash of water until smooth. Heat gently if needed.
- Sift matcha into a bowl. Heat water to 175°F and whisk matcha until frothy.
- Fill a glass with ice cubes. Pour strawberry puree halfway up, then add milk.
- Slowly pour whisked matcha over back of a spoon to create layers.
